Trying to upload a new image and keep getting this error!! Its never done this before.
I made the mistake of erasing the flash aswell!!
Any ideas?

First of all do you have enough memory available on your router (flash memory)....?
Where is the error given and what TFTP client are you using? Also are you doing this over the same LAN segment or are you behind a NAT service?

You are using a crappy TFTP server and the image is larger than 18.4MB.
