Somebody know what software image can be put on a Catalyst 5000 with the Supervisor III G?

So the magic letter is g, just before the version number.

6.4(17) cat5000-supg.6-4-17.bin

or

6.4(17) Flash image with SSH cat5000-supgk9.6-4-17.bin

I think there is no new features coming. Cisco saids "End of Software Support June 30, 2006".
