I've tried to defined an object-group on a 3750 catalyst switch in order to write easier to read acls. Unfortunately, the command was not recognized and I've found nothing indicating that it would be supported. Is this syntax impossible to use on this type of switchs ?

That was introduced in IOS at rev 12.4(20)T. (even if PIX/ASA has had it forawhile). Since the newest switch code runs somewhere in 12.2, I wouldn't expect them to support that command for many many years yet.
Guess cisco is expecting most security setup on an ASA box, not a switch.
