matched memory stick pair for cisco 3825

Aug 09, 2006 2 Replies

I looked through the installation guide for the cisco 3825 and it doesn't seem to indicate that a matched pair of memory sticks is needed to populate the SDRAM DIMMs. I was thinking of purchasing a 512mb stick and upgrading my router to 640mb of ram (to give me a little more room with full bgp routes from two isps). Does anyone know if this is possible?

thanks,

Jesse W. Hathaway

matched pairs are allowed, I am now running with 640mb of ram
