Interconnecting two pbx over CEoIP on Cisco 2610 and 2811

I have two pbx connected back to back and would like to implement CEoIP on these pbx connected over the Cisco 2610 and the 2811.I would like you guys to help me on how best i can connect them?,the configuration that i have to do as well as the software requirements?

Well, the cisco docs would be a good starting point. Hopefully you have a 2610XM, since the non-XM 2610 isn't supported for the NM-CEM-4TE1..
