help conecting db25 to cisco 4000 router

Hello I got a 4000 cisco router, i dont know if it works, I am familiar with db9 cables but Ive never console to 400 cisco router. I have a few db9 cables and a db25 connector with and rj45 end. how do i establish a console connection from my windows machine? thanks
