How to enable or disable a port on Catalyst and
how to see its status?
With show port / I can only see if it is or it is not connected.
No more options are available.

it could be that the enable/disable keyword should be in front of the /, cant remember anymore.
sh port / gives a lot more output doesn't it? if the port is disabled it shows up as disabled as opposed to down or not connected.
