Is it possible to use XP's VPN client to connect to a Easy VPN Server on a 2800? I can't seem to get it working.

You can use XP's IPsec implementation for pure IPsec or L2TP. For EZ VPN you'll need Cisco VPN Client (or more or less compatible 3rd party products like SafeNet Softremote)
