I added user mac address in both Access point if user roaming from one ap to two ap it should associate pelase brief me

You need to post the log from the AP that you are associated to. You posted a log for the AP you were not on. It tells us nothing except that your on another AP.

Now i disable the other ap now only one ap is there now also same when mac filter enable it will not associate if we disable mac filter ap will associte to client the logs are below

what is the next step for this what log says i am getting

There is no next step on the AP. Your laptop is roaming to another AP or associating to another SSID. Thus far the logs have showed nothing wrong with the AP or the client, simply that it has left. You would need to troubleshoot your PC and find out why it is leaving.
