Hi, I have all the password but I want erase the configuration of the cisco.
What I must write? Is it ok if I delete running-config and startup-config?

C800 -erase the configuration

Hi!
"erase startup-config" will remove all the config from NVRAM. Then reload and you will have a default config.

"write erase" will work in some instances as will "erase startup-config"
