Although if you get a CCNA question about this Cisco recommends that you don't do this but reconfigure the device.

Write erase gets rid of config but also ensure the vlan.dat file held on flash is also deleted as otherwise vlans will still show

sh vlan - to see if vlans exist Dir flash - to view flash storage delete flash:vlan.dat - to delete vlan.dat sh vlan - verfiy all vlans gone
