837 ADSL line speed

Is there a way to tell the speed of the ADSL connection on an 837? sh int doesn't seem to give it.

Yes, in enable mode execute:

show controllers | begin Interleave

for something like that:

Interleave Fast Interleave Fast Speed (kbps): 0 640 0 160 Reed-Solomon EC: 0 0 0 0 CRC Errors: 0 0 0 0 Header Errors: 0 0 0 0 Bit Errors: 0 0 BER Valid sec: 0 0 BER Invalid sec: 0 0

First figure (640kbit/s) is downstream, second (160kbit/s) is upstream. Also note, `sh int atm0' will give You accurate upstream bandwidth:

ATM0 is up, line protocol is up Hardware is PQUICC_SAR (with Alcatel ADSL Module) MTU 1500 bytes, sub MTU 1500, BW 160 Kbit, DLY 80 usec, ^^^^^^^^^^^
