Hi, We have new Cisco Phones since last week. I would like to know if there is some kind of plugin for Outlook to dial a number from contact list ?

Hi,
Cisco Callmanager comes with the Cisco TAPI drivers (TSP). Install these drivers and configure them to use/login to Callmanager. After installation, you can use the Dail options of Outlook.
