The 4506 and 4503 AC power cord has nema 5-20 plug. My wall outlet is 5-15. Is there a converter for this or power strip that will work for this nema

No, because it would be illegal to make something like that to run something requiring 20A service on a much less rated outlet.
At best, after you overload the circuit, it'll just blow the breaker. Hopefully it doesn't start a fire.
If you don't have a 20A circuit available, hire an electrician to run you a new 20A circuit for the switch.
