No. The 1900 is a pure layer 2 switch. No routing features of any kind.

Which 1900? There was more than one.
But it doesn't really matter. The 1900 series were all Layer 2 switches, and NAT is a Layer 3 facility, so none of the 1900 supported NAT. A quick search of Cisco's site seems to indicate that the 1900 didn't support IOS either -- they appear to have ended life still as CatOS switches.
