If you have an appropriate support contract, download it from Cisco.com . If it doesn't show up in Cisco.com then place a support request for it; you will either be given access to it or told that it is not available.

If you do not have an appropriate support contract, then there would have to be rather unusual circumstances for you to be legally entitled to download the software.

our 3620's reached end of support last year, even though we have half a dozen in production. This is not because we didn't renew smartnet, but b/c support from Cisco for this product had simply ended.

Looks like this specific set of features ended about a quarter of the way through the lifespan of 12.2T for the 3620 (much reduced memory capacity that it has on a long EOL'd box).

Cisco FN says 12.2(4)T7 is the latest version of this feature set that was offered, and you can get it through Cisco on a support contract if you have one going still.

You may want to investigate if you really need this set of features. Cisco aparently diddn't think it was a worthwhile set moving forward past 12.2(4)T.

There are no longer any "T" train software available for the platform. This is because "T" code is for new hardware and software features, and since the product is "end-of-support" no new hardware or software features will be coming out for it. I would suggest that you use 12.3 since that is the "production" version of the 12.2T train.
