no, i am not. I am simple man which bought cisco 2507 on internet auction, and now i'm playing it.

Do i need to be 'a registered Cisco Partner' to have access to IOS ?

If yes how can i becamoe 'a registered Cisco Partner' ?

It's an absoulte s*it...apparently you can't, not unless you have a big wad of cash anyway.

I know Cisco are a company, but you'd have thought they could do something to help people learning. Maybe give away free IOS's for the 2500 that only run for 60 minutes before crashing or something!

Well, you can get a CCIE, but that's hard.

You could just get a job with a major reseller (I work for the second largest service provider in the US).
