Two communicating wireless routers

We have one wireless router (connected to a WAN) in one area of our office space.

I would like to establish another location consisting of three or four desktop units within receiving distance of the existing wireless router.

Would it be possible to use a second wireless router located in the second location and connected to the additional desktops so that WAN access and traffic on the first wireless router are shared with the second router?
