Setting up a Wireless Network

I recently bought a Linksys wireless router for my PC so I could connect to the internet with my laptop and not have to move the DSL modem around. I've got the router connected to my PC (winXP) and to my DSL modem. So far, no problem. I can connect to my ISP. However, even after going through the set-up info for the router and Windows Wireless Network info, I can't figure out how to get the wireless working.

Any advice ?

First are you using the Easy Setup from Linksys

I ran this set-up and it was successful on the PC. However when I ran it on my laptop, it came up saying that my wireless adaptor wasn't enabled. From what I can see in device manager, it's on. Any ideas ?
