running sp1 on a esi system laptop 2
ovis 9000 router seems ok wl-8000pcm card running on a sony laptop 1 ok
the problem is with the second laptop, although i can connect to the internet wirelesly i cannot access the utility program to set up wep.
When running the set up program keep getting error 1607. Although the program loads and i can connect if i click the utility program i keep getting win zero configuration error (wzc).
Ive turned off wzc in systems and disabled it but nothing works.
I once did mange to access the utility prog but couldnot get wep to work.
Ive tried using sp2 but although it got rid of the 1607 problem i still couldnot access the utility program, wzc error again.
Tried ovis technical email and this is hopeless. Iwould not reccomend this product, but in the mean time anyone get any ideas of a soulution to the problems.
