I do have USB, but it is not the faster USB. Therefore, I assume that an internal device is best?

Network cards arent difficult to install if you decided to go that route.
Is it cheaper to do it that way than getting an adapter? I will have to make a desktop PC wireless soon for a guest visiting my sister. As far as the compatibility, it would just depend on MB, right?
