Netgear WGT624 v2 and a vTech ip 5850 cordless phone system

I have a feeling that my old Panasonic cordless phone system, which is a 900 MHz system, interferes with my new Netgear WGT624 v2 wireless router. Will the Netgear router work seamlessly with a vTech ip5850 cordless phone system, which uses 5.8 GHz?
