is it possable to dissconnect someones internet connection?

Sure. Cut their phone line, cut their cable tv coax, or knock over their satellite dish. For the grand slam, just turn off their utility power connection.
I don't think you need much coaching to make a fool of yourself.
Rub hot juice on the CAT5 cable and turn loose your rotweiller.
