I am trying to configure Line 1 on an SPA-3000 to forward calls incoming VOIP calls to the PSTN port when Line 1 is busy. I'm not having much success making this work (I'm getting a reorder tone). Does anyone have any ideas what might be the problem?
Note: I'm not using a SIP Server; Everything is configured using IP Dial. I don't know if this is part of the problem.
