I subscribed to two new vonage accounts here in the US (linksys pap2 adaptors) and sent one of the adapters to india to be used there. But I'm having a problem there trying to get a dial tone for the phone line. Looks like the IP address range is different. I am NOT using a router there. Will installing a router work?
