My problem is I have 2 Unity Voicemail servers and when I delete one mailbox off of one server and try to add it to another it says they still exist. What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do to correct this problem?
Hi, You've probably already solved this, but we have a similar problem when deleting users and re adding them later. Unity doesn't delete the associated Active Directory account (and possibly the Exchange account the goes with it). If you get into AD users and computers and delete the user, that might do the trick.
