How to enable ringer for incoming calls KX-T7433

Hi,

We're using Panasonic KX-T7433 Phones (KSU is KXTD-816). Some of our phones ring when an incoming call is coming, but some of them do not. How do we turn a phone on to ring for all incoming calls?
