I have a Caddx NX8 system that was in my house. No one knows what the user codes are and I have tried contacting the installer, but they have gone out of business. The alarm system was armed and has alarmed but nothing I put in works. Can I use the 910# and reset the system and start over programming it and the user codes?

Well if you know about 910# then you must have the installer manual and if you have a manual you will know that you will need the installer code to use the 910#. If you have the installer code then by all means use it and start over.
