I'm against shooting burglars dead. Fortunately there is no shortage of perps. However, if this trend catches on it may be bad for business. I hope it does'nt. I sure don't want to go back to being a male exotic dancer again.

why? if you force entry into someones home putting everyone in that home at risk you deserve to be shot dead where you stand.

...that said, these killings were premeditated. he expressed his intent prior to walking out the door. were it anywhere but texas he would probably pull time over it.

Because I like burglars. They're cute warm fuzzy and smelly. And if guys like you go around killing them all, we all here go out of business.

Besides, prison guards have to eat too. Thats why.
