CASCADE, Iowa (KCRG) - UPDATE (10/23/2019): Dubuque County authorities say 911 service has been restored.
Original story: Emergency phone calls placed through landline telephones in Cascade will not reach the 911 call center in Dubuque County, according to authorities.
The outage is limited to the city of Cascade. Calls placed to 911 via a mobile phone will still go through.
