I have a scantronic 9800 which I disconnected as it became wet. Once it dried out, I have reconnected it, but now have the rr code. I beleive I need the engineers code to reset this, however I do not have the code and the company which used to service the alarm is no longer around. Is there an over ride code or is there some way that I can reset it without the code ?

I too have a similar problem with my 9800 box. I cannot reset the keypad using my user access code. Is there a code that I can use to reset the system?
