That's pretty much what many of my clients have said about them. It's not a solution for everyone but they seem to provide decent service and their price is a fraction of what their detractors, mostly competing alarm companies, charge.

Ahahahahahahahahaha!!! So you've referred "many of your clients" to these guys... Makes me wonder how many actually signed up, considering you didn't "consider monitoring to be the profit centre you thought it was going to turn out to be"...
