Taken over a client who has one of these. Customer has user manual but I need an install manual to attempt to reprogram. I hope it isn't locked? Any help much appreciated.

Doesn't it have video inputs onboard too, or is that a separate module? js
It's nothing more than a 5010 with scheduling

Hi All,
Managed to default panel and get it working again but Engineer code locked. Have to hate that! Strange zone configuration and I can't reprogram as required. Has anyone got British Gas Eng code?
