I was wondering if anyone has a working personality disk that unlocks the First Alert Panels in Compass 2.0 I am using the FA168 panel and in the directory of Compass, the files are there but not available in the program, can anyone help?

You have to be a First Alert Dealer to get a personality disk. I can't imagine a FA dealer handing one of those out to anyone, especially on the web to a stranger. If you need help try calling a local FA dealer to help you. Other than that, you're on your own I'm afraid.
Did you ever have any luck locating a personality disk from First Alert? I have same problem on my hands and dealer told me to go to hell. Thanks
