After the hurricane and 2 plus weeks of no power, my ITI systems have lost all memory. I am having trouble with a Caretaker. I have successfully re-programmed everything but the sensors into the panel. The manual shows only direct connect via a pigtail to the pgm terminal between device and panel. I have done it before by using just the phone and/or hardwired keypad. While in program, If I enter a sensor level, say *05 it responds by announcing "sensor level 5" but if I attempt to put in a device number, say"28", it indicates sensor program failure. No matter how many times I re-try, I can't get it to accept the sensor number.
Can someone clear this up for me? Thanks, Allan
