I just bought a house with an ademco vista 20se (with e2 programming). The alarm has not been used in quite some time and nobody seems to know what the code is, although the alarm appears to work fine- at least, it detects when there is motion, doors are opened, etc.
Is there anyway to get the code or reset the system so I don't have to pay big $$$ to have someone come out and do it? I plan to switch to and Elk within the next year, but in the meantime would like to have some security.
