Question, Can Meridian Mail play RAN messages for a queue? If so, where is in MMail is this configured?

RAN can play while an ACD caller remains in queue, but to hear a Mail menu/announcement would require the caller to exit the queue.
Think of mail as an external recording and RAN as a real-time injected recording the caller hears.
I wish it could be done the way you were hoping too...
