We are trying to use a CTA 100 with a Norstar DR 5.1 KSU. When trying to use Nortel Personal Communications Manager if the phone that the CTA
is attached to has a Line Assignment to get an external line to dial out on the CTA is able to dial out fine. However, if the phone gets it
external line from a Line Pool the CTA does not work and a TAPI error stating that "479169 [TSP](2) FindFreeExternalFacility: No facilities found." is returned in the CTE Diagnostics screen. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
