Hewitt Equipment Ltd is looking for a Telecomm Administrator with 8 to
10 years of experience in a Nortel environment. Most of the Tasks will be consisting of managing more then 20 branches having Option 11c, BCM, Succession + Call Pilot 400 seats, and few Norstar systems. Technical aptitudes is required to configure voicemail and OTM programmation and call reporting (2 hours /day). In your daily responsabilities you will have to follow-up on the users requests (2000 employees, level 3). Telecom management is including relations with providors, billings, fu on new technologies, software, new releases, and the service maintenance. Aptitude is needed to train people (user guide, training session)for any telecom concern (weebex, video-conference, long distance, White Pages, Yellow Pages, Long Distance). The Hewitt Telecom Administrator is the telecom specialist for the company and is giving all the recommandations needed to increase their service level and have their investment be relevant.
As any Administrator the person that we are looking for is bilingual, is having initiative, good judgment skill and is able to have precision in the execution of their tasks.
