A little , okay alot new to this. Seems like a simple problem. We have a need for one of the existing lines in our office NOT to go to voicemail.It needs to ring forever, no answer , no nothing. It doesnt have a voicmail box assigned to it. I took off the forward to no answer extension. And If i wasnt standing by our main control set i would not have seen this happen. When i call the number, it rings 5 or
6 times, than on the control set (main number) it displays DRT NUMBER ( the actual phone its being forwarded from)What am i missing???
