Does anyone know why we can load overlays 55 and 89, but there is no documentation associated with it in the standard MERL/NTP's. I am running and 81C with 25.40.

The TMF013 message you get on trying to load overlay 55 is:
"Package restricted, Overlay not allowed to load."
MCR004 is undefined, but I assume it's the same thing (or something similar) since it returns you to the ">" prompt.
