Can not build new RLI. Getting ERR ESN014

I am not able to create a new RLI. I go into load 86 and try and build a new RLI is goves me a ESN014 error. Does anyone know what I am missing? Thanks! Below is my screen...

You need to increase the amount of RLI's in your ESN record.

GO to LD 86 Change type ESN and hit enter unitl you get to the MXRL prompt. increase this number.
