I have a BCM 3.6 With Auto attendant programmed to answer all call on 0 rings but the calls are going to the General Delivery Mailbox instead.Can anyone suggest any solution? thanks

What Lines have you programed to answer with AA.

What trunk Mod type (DTM or GATM)

What type of service (PRI w/DID; T-1 Channelized; Analog POTS)
