BayStack 350-24T Reset

Dec 21, 2005 1 Replies

I'm sure this has been discussed before, and I apologize for bringing it up again... I just purchased a bunch of BayStack 350-24T switches by auction (over

200 of them), and I've found that about 40 percent of them are password protected. None of the defaults I could dig up on the net were of any use. What I'd like to know is if a procedure exists to reset the password to factory defaults. Anything short of desoldering ICs from the board is a welcome solution :-)

Thanks!

try one of these: ctrl-x ctrl-h ctrl-c

and you'll get prompted to sort of mfc-diag.. once you get there, you'll know what to do..
