A few phones do not display "On Another Call"...

Hi,

I have a Nortel Modular ICS 5.0 phone system with Norstar Voice Mail

4.0.

Most of my phones will display the "On Another Call" message when the person you are calling is on 1 of the 2 intercoms for the phone. I have looked at all of the settings and can't figure out why just a few phones do not display this.

Can anyone help me???

Will it just ring without saying "On Another Call"? Have you witnessed it happening or did a user tell you?
