BCM Console.NET 3.0 Exciting New Features!!

Console.NET is the official replacement for Nortel PC Console. Thanks to our many dealers throughout North America for introducing Console.NET as the most popular Attendant Console solution for the Norstar and BCM platform. ConverTec is proud to announce the upcoming release of Console.NET version 3.0. The following are some of the exciting new features of Console.NET 3.0.

=B7 Remote PBX now offers the following Call Control features for remote networked systems: o Transfer (Blind/Screened) o Intercom o Remote Voice Mail Transfer (Centralized VM NOT required) o Scrolling Text Messaging of unrestricted length to TDM and IP phones. =B7 Call Waiting with Text Message is a powerful feature that will greatly assist the attendant and the indented recipient of the call. The attendant can type a message for the intended recipient and send the message and call waiting to that telephone. The recipients' telephone will provide a gentle beep and scroll the message containing information to guide them in the importance of the "Call Waiting". Options for the recipient allow them to send the call to Voice Mail, Take the Call or Conference it. =B7 Telephone Messaging (Optional Purchase) allows any telephone from a local or networked system to enter a Feature code and select from a list of 99 (administrator defined) messages that will indicate their status. This status will display in the Console.NET BLF. This is a significant benefit for the attendant, since employees can now apply and remove their own status messages. =B7 Reverse Number Lookup allows Console.NET users to perform an automatic or manual lookup from Calling Line ID to 411.com. If available, the company information is displayed from the reverse lookup.

As usual, Console.NET version 3.0 will be available for download and FREE Trial for 30 days. The expected delivery date of this new version is Mar 1, 2006.
