Is there something wrong with calling Zywall tech support?

You have never tried it, haven't you?
Yeah, I have tried tech support out of India on the Linksys and Watchguard too on a lot more complicated issues than blocking LAN IP(s), which should clearly be in the user manual if it can do it or call tech support.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist.
