You running any sort of proxy? Does it believe you are?
ZoneAlarm is preventing me from downloading anything

I recently upgraded to a new version of ZoneAlarm, and it is not letting me download anything. I have tried adjusting the settings in every way that makes even the slightest bit of sense, but I have not been able to fix the problem. I cannot download updates to any of my other software, and I cannot send email through Outlook Express.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks. Colleen
