Hello, I am using an application which is using RPC. I am also using IPsec policy. I dont know what port RPC is using. Will you please help me regarding what ports I have to enable to make my application work even after I enabled the IPSec policy.

If you are talking about ONC RPC then portmap itself listens on port 111 and your application can be assigned any port when it registers itself, unless you've taken specific steps to ensure that it runs on a specific port.
I believe that DCE-RPC (Windows) uses port 135. However, I've never used Windows RPC so I've no idea how it works, or how services are assigned their own ports.
