Am at my wits end...
We've got a Netscreen 204 and trying to connect it to a 5xt.
The tunnel is working- from the console to console I can ping each other- no problem.
The issue exists when I try to ping clients on either side- they cannot seem to talk. The clients can ping their respective gateways.
Any help would be awesome.

You have to allow traffic between the two networks through the tunnel so you might need to look at the ruleset first. The general approach is: Look at the logs of both gateways. If the tunnel comes up, it can only be a filtering and/or routing problem.

Have fixed a similare problem, here the cause was the mtu size.
